As someone who shops online a lot, I really expect returns and exchanges to be straightforward, but this was frustrating. The return policy felt way too strict, the exchange took forever, and somehow I still had to pay extra. i don’t think I’d buy from here again

I was disappointed with the dress I ordered from Revelry Dresses. For the price, I expected something that felt a lot nicer, but the fabric was thin and kind of cheap-feeling right out of the package.
The stitching also looked messy in a few places, and the seams didn’t lay right, it just gave off a rushed vibe. I really wanted to like it, but it didn’t feel well-made, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I had to reach out to Shop Revelry about my order because I wasn’t totally sure I picked the right size. They got back to me quicker than I expected, basically within a day, and the response actually felt useful. They were like, “Based on what you shared, this size should work, but here’s what to check,” which made it easier to decide.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I wish the tracking update had been a little clearer. Other than that, customer service was friendly and didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated. They pretty much said, “No worries, we can help with that,” and then actually did.

I’m frustrated at this point. The package never came on time and it still hasn’t shown up. I’ve already had to explain the situation more than once, which just makes it even more annoying. I just want to know where my order is.

The dress is really cute and looked nice on, but the fit was a little weird for me!!! I got my usual size, and it ended up being tight in the bust but loose around the waist, which was kind of frustrating!!! It’s not a bad dress at all, I just wish the sizing details were a bit clearer before ordering!!!
